All of these datasources have the exact same content as the Microsoft Northwind database. For structured datasources like XML and JSON, the order details have been moved inside the order entries. Similar restructuring has been done as appropriate.
Keep in mind that Microsoft owns the content of these files. Whatever rights we have to structuring them in this way and providing them we provide under the MIT license (i.e., do whatever you want with them).
